New York born character actor who began his career in & out  of TV shows (“Charlie’s Angels”, “The Incredible Hulk”, “Barnaby Jones” & “Trapper John M.D.”) during the late 1970’s. One of Robert’s first big screen roles was that of a heavy in the teen adventure flick “The Goonies” (1985) but it wasn’t until his role as Bond Villain, Franz Sanchez, in “License To Kill” (1989) that his career moved up a gear.
